5. Consultations & Online Services

  • Online (remote) design services require accurate client-provided information such as measurements, photographs, and preferences.

  • We are not liable for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect or incomplete client information.

  • All design recommendations are conceptual in nature until verified on-site by qualified contractors.

 

6. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites for convenience or reference.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, LKC Management & Design Services Ltd shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of this website or our design services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cypriot courts.
